Our personalized thick foam wedding can coolers offer a unique and fun way to thank your guests! These beverage insulators are offered in 14 koozie colors with 17 imprint colors to choose from. These custom can coolers fit most 12 oz. cans and bottles and are made with Superior PVC Foam (Durable, Indestructible Closed Cell PVC Foam) for premium insulation.

Design and personalization on all koozies purchased must be the same for the quantity discount pricing to be valid. We currently do not personalize individual names on each just yet!

How To Place Order

(1) Choose Production Time.
– Standard Production: 7-15 business days* (Free – Included in Price)
– Rush Production: 1-5 business days* depending on current production volume and date needed by (Additional 20% of your coolers total).

* Please note that production times are based on business days, therefore if your order is placed on Friday after 12pm, it will not be processed until Monday, as we are closed on weekends and holidays.

(2) Fill out koozie color field.
You can have up to 4 colors and amounts will be divided equally (Minimum 12 units of each color required)

(3) Choose imprint color from drop-down menu.
Only one imprint color allowed per order.

(4) Complete personalization fields.
Names, event date, location, hashtag, and any other additional info.

IMPORTANT: When sending your instructions, please be sure to check for spelling and grammar. We are not responsible for spelling mistakes on your part. Your items will be personalized with this information, exactly as you provide it to us.

(5) Leave any important instructions in the “Special Instructions” field.

(6) Choose to receive a digital sample for approval.
A graphic artist will email you a digital sample of your design with your custom information within 1-3 business days after your purchase. Your order will not be sent to production until you approve your design (Allow one additional business day after sample approval for your order to be sent to print if you choose this option).

(7) Choose Quantity (Minimum 12 units).

You will receive an email artwork proof of what your wedding favors will look like within 1-3 business days. Please make sure to check your email inbox during this period. After you approve your artwork, your wedding favors will be sent to production.

Please note that your order will not be sent to production until you approve your design (Allow one additional business day after sample approval for your order to be sent to print if you choose this option).

Standard Production Time: Allow 7 to 15 business days* for us to print your product.

All orders are shipped out according to the delivery date given when the order is placed. If an order is approved and printed quicker than expected, it is possible that order may ship out earlier than originally scheduled. Custom Fees, Duties & Additional Taxes

Please note that importing customs fees, duties, and any additional taxes associated with your purchase upon arrival is NOT included in product or shipping prices offered to you here, and if applies to your order, you might receive a separate bill upon your package arriving in your country. Importing fees vary by country and merchandise, therefore we cannot calculate this beforehand.

Return Policy

Due to the highly custom nature of our personalized products, there will be NO RETURNS on personalized items!

Damaged & Defective Items

Any broken items, defective merchandise or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Claims will not be honored after this period! Broken or defective merchandise may only be exchanged for the same item, we do not offer refunds. Due to the nature of the production process, slight variations and small imperfections are not considered flaws. Variation in materials, production equipment and firing temperature may result in variations in size, shape, glaze color, etc. These conditions are within acceptable industry standards and are not considered defective.

Due to contrasting colors the camouflage patterns may show through lighter shades of ink colors in areas where the camo is darkest.

Intricate Details

Intricate details do NOT print well on these beverage insulators, if your image or logo contains details that will not print well, you may be contacted by a customer service representative.

Product Texture Disclaimer

Prints may have a slight shadowing or imperfections due to the texture of the beverage insulators. Each koozie is inspected for quality before it is shipped out.

Holiday Delays

During holiday and wedding season we may experience a longer production period. The posted production lead time DO NOT include shipping time in transit. Please contact us for RUSH orders during these periods.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I have more than one imprint color in the same design?

No. Our items are one color imprint only. The only items available with an option for multiple colors is our Full Color items.

Can I have more than one imprint color in the same order?

No. If you would like multiple imprint colors, separate orders will need to be placed for each imprint color wanted.

Does it cost more to have double sided artwork on our beverage insulators?

No, it does not. As long as the item has the option to have artwork on both the front and back, you may have double sided artwork and the price will remain the same. You are also able to have different artworks on each side without any addition to your cost.

Can I have less than the minimum quantity shown?

No, each item has its own minimum quantity. The minimum quantity is based on the case quantities of the item and can not be adjusted.

Are digital samples available?

Yes, digital proofs are available for every personalized item on our website. The price of the a digital sample with your information is $10. Select "Yes" under the "Digital Sample" drop-down menu option below the personalization section and receive a digital proof of your design for approval within 1-3 business days after purchase.

Can changes be made after I have approved my proof?

Once artwork has been approved, it is quickly sent into the production line. Any and all changes must be made before approval in order to guarantee that the change can and will be made. If changes are absolutely necessary and order has not yet been printed, some exceptions can be made but fees may be applied depending the item and if screen has already been made.

What is the turnaround time on orders?

Our standard production time without rush production upgrade is 7 to 15 business days*.

What is the cancellation policy?

All cancellations must be done before artwork has been approved. There is no penalty fee for early cancellations, you will receive a full refund and a credit memo confirmation via email. If order has yet to print but a screen has been made, fees may apply.
