These shot glasses offer 15 basic imprint colors and 35 premium imprint colors (+$20 fee). Our personalized shot glasses are screen printed using a permanent ink that is also dishwasher resistant.
Design and personalization on all glassware purchased must be the same for the quantity discount pricing to be valid. We currently do not personalize individual names on each just yet!

How To Place Order
(1) Complete personalization fields.
Names, event date, location, hashtag, and any other additional info.
IMPORTANT: When sending your instructions, please be sure to check for spelling and grammar. We are not responsible for spelling mistakes on your part. Your items will be personalized with this information, exactly as you provide it to us.

(3) Leave any important instructions in the “Special Instructions” field.
(4) Choose to receive a digital sample for approval.
A graphic artist will email you a digital sample of your design with your custom information within 1-3 business days after your purchase. Your order will not be sent to production until you approve your design (Allow one additional business day after sample approval for your order to be sent to print if you choose this option).
(5) Choose Quantity (Minimum 12 units).

Due to the highly custom nature of our personalized products, there will be NO RETURNS on personalized items!
Damaged & Defective Items
Any broken items, defective merchandise or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Claims will not be honored after this period! Broken or defective merchandise may only be exchanged for the same item, we do not offer refunds. Due to the nature of the production process, slight variations and small imperfections are not considered flaws. Variation in materials, production equipment and firing temperature may result in variations in size, shape, glaze color, etc. These conditions are within acceptable industry standards and are not considered defective.

No. Our items are one color imprint only. The only items available with an option for multiple colors is our Full Color items.
No. If you would like multiple imprint colors, separate orders will need to be placed for each imprint color wanted.
Yes. If you would like to add a second side print to a one sided pre-made design, additional fees will apply. Please contact us if you would like to add print to side two of your items.
Our pre-made double sided designs already include additional fees.
Please note that some items might not allow print on side two.
No, each item has its own minimum quantity. The minimum quantity is based on the case quantities of the item and can not be adjusted.
Yes, digital proofs are available for every personalized item on our website. The price of the a digital sample with your information is $10. Select "Yes" under the "Digital Sample" drop-down menu option below the personalization section and receive a digital proof of your design for approval within 1-3 business days after purchase.
Once artwork has been approved, it is quickly sent into the production line. Any and all changes must be made before approval in order to guarantee that the change can and will be made. If changes are absolutely necessary and order has not yet been printed, some exceptions can be made but fees may be applied depending the item and if screen has already been made.
Our standard production time without rush production upgrade is 7 to 15 business days*.

* Please note that production times are based on business days, therefore if your order is placed on Friday after 12pm, it will not be processed until Monday, as we are closed on weekends and holidays.

All orders are shipped out according to the delivery date given when the order is placed. If an order is approved and printed quicker than expected, it is possible that order may ship out earlier than originally scheduled. If so, order may be in hands before your delivery date but please keep in mind, we can not guarantee any delivery date sooner than what was first promised to you on website and confirmation email.

Please note that importing customs fees, duties, and any additional taxes associated with your purchase upon arrival is NOT included in product or shipping prices offered to you here, and if applies to your order, you might receive a separate bill upon your package arriving in your country. Importing fees vary by country and merchandise, therefore we cannot calculate this beforehand.

All cancellations must be done before artwork has been approved. There is no penalty fee for early cancellations, you will receive a full refund and a credit memo confirmation via email. If order has yet to print but a screen has been made, fees may apply.
